GLOBAL high-force equipment company Enerpac is set to introduce a high-precision hydraulic load hoisting and positioning system into the Australasian region that will enhance crane performance and safety while reducing costs.
The Enerpac SyncHoist system offers vertical and horizontal load manoeuvring using one crane, reducing the risk of damage from oscillating wire ropes due to sudden crane starts and stops.
Enerpac employs intelligent hydraulics to monitor and guide compact but powerful 700 bar double-acting push-pull cylinders that are integrated into four lifting points above each load.
The SyncHoist system is also used for pre-programmed positioning, tilting and aligning of loads and for counter-weighting and determining a load’s centre of gravity.
The system is available with load capacities of 240t, 320t and 440t, with a system reach of 1500mm from each lifting point.
