AMID an ongoing debate surrounding the issue of outsourcing within the mining industry, few companies can boast about their self-performing capabilities. O’Donnell Griffin is different, however: head of the power generation group Tony Gleeson said his multi-disciplined team of experts proudly undertook everything in house.
Mr Gleeson said one thing the company’s customer’s required was a uniform approach to delivery.
“Whether it’s increasing a customer’s existing power capacity or helping them to maximise their efficiency, refurbish their existing plant and equipment, or design a completely new power supply system altogether – we can do it,” he said.
“Importantly, we have the experience and expertise to keep it all in-house so customers don’t have to worry about whether someone else is going to get the job done. They can trust that it will, and we’re the ones to do it.”
O’Donnell Griffin’s power generation group is responsible for the design, supply and installation of generators to some of Australia’s top companies.
From one of the country’s major banks to universities and telecommunications networks, the group has provided custom solutions to a range of customers, incorporating flexible design with quality supply and installation.
“For customers, it means streamlined processes and control,” Mr Gleeson said.
