FOR 22 years Eureka 4WD Training has been the trusted provider of nationally recognised, quality and cost-effective, four-wheel drive training in WA.

It was the first four-wheel drive company to be licensed as a registered training organisation (RTO) no 52488, by the WA Government.

Eureka has a team of dedicated trainers and assessors who have more than 100 years of combined experience.

The company also have a fleet of more than 12 new and near-new, four-wheel drive vehicles (automatic and manual) for its students to use when completing a course.

Eureka is one of the main training providers for mining and construction companies, and therefore its certification is accepted on all mining and construction sites.

The company understands the logistical difficulties often involved with staff mobilisation, which is why it offers a unique promise – if a client calls Eureka before 4pm, it guarantees to provide employee training the very next day.

Eureka can train and assess up to 50 students a day with its vast staff resources and facilities on hand.

The company has always been an innovator in its field and plans to continue as a leader going forward.

Eureka was the first training company to introduce e-Learning and now uses this for the theory component in its courses – reducing employee downtime.

Eureka was also responsible for the development of a world-first smartphone training app.

The app gives students access to Eureka training 24 hours a day, greatly improving light vehicle safety in the field.

Once downloaded, the app can be used in remote areas, as no phone coverage is required.

No other training provider equips students with post training recourses. The company stated the app “is like having a Eureka trainer in your pocket”.

Due to client demand Eureka also now offers nationally recognised training on both quad bikes and side-by-side vehicles in their own purposely built area; greatly improving safety where these potentially dangerous vehicles are used.

In 2015 all the departments will work together in order to ensure Eureka continues to meet and exceed clients’ training compliance and safety needs through the provision of flexible, quality holistic training solutions.
