After a comprehensive domestic and international search, PLS (ASX: PLS) has appointed Alex Wilcocks as the company’s new chief financial officer.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ms Wilcocks joins PLS from Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers where she served as chief financial officer.

Mr Garofalo will continue in the interim role until Ms Wilcocks’ commencement and will remain a senior leader within PLS continuing to lead key finance workstreams.

Ms Wilcocks will begin the role effective May 25, 2026.
