WITH more than 50 years of experience in air-cooled heat exchange in international markets, Hamon Group subsidiary Hamon D’Hondt is passing on the benefit of its experience to Australian customers in the mining, energy and
heavy industry sectors.
The combination of consolidated design, manufacturing experience and an improved fabrication concept has enabled Hamon to implement innovative technologies in the design and fabrication of high pressure equipment and manufacturing of components. The company’s air coolers, finned tubes and bundles all meet API661 standards.
A forerunner in the field of energy efficiency, Hamon has also adapted its equipment range for use by the oil and gas, LNG, refinery and chemical industries.
The company’s original manufacturing facility is in France, where its main workshops are equipped with the most modern machinery and on-site test equipment. Since 2007, Hamon has been present in Jubail, Saudi Arabia where a workshop was built to serve the Gulf area. More recently, Hamon signed a joint venture with Korea-based BHI Company to develop a workshop where tube finning, bundle assembly and air-cooler modularisation could be carried out for clients in the wider Asian region.
All Hamon workshops are ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSMS18001 certified and hold the American Society of Mechanical Engineers stamp of approval.
Hamon has numerous references with all the key stakeholders in the field: Technip, Lukoil, Sonatrach, Exxon, Total Aramco, Air Liquide, Corus and Lyse. The company services contracts of all sizes, from small factory pre-assembled
modules to large field-erected installations with dozens of modules. In addition to design and manufacture, Hamon also provides full after-sales service.
