Spanish construction company AMM has added two Liebherr PR 776 Crawler Dozers to its vehicle fleet for the cost-effective delivery of more demanding projects.

AMM specialises in civil engineering and major construction projects, covering a range of services such as railway construction, hydraulic engineering and industrial projects.

These two new Liebherr crawler dozers complement the existing fleet which includes a PR 744, PR 746, PR 764 and PR 766.

The PR 776 dozer is noted for its optimum efficiency and power transfer, making construction operations not only more efficient but also more sustainable.

Compared to fuel consumption of 90lph of alternative dozers, the PR 776 has fuel consumption of 55lph.

The first Liebherr PR 776 Crawler Dozer has already completed 1200 operating hours in a quarry near Murcia, Spain, where it was primarily used for material extraction for railway construction.

With maximum power output for pushing and pulling, the dozer is ideal for transporting large quantities of rock, while the hydrostatic drive ensures stepless speed adjustment and continuous power transmission.

The second dozer is being used for the restoration of an expired quarry near Ciudad Real, Spain.

The renaturalisation of quarries is critical for minimising the environmental impact of mining work and returning the terrain to a near-natural state.

The PR 776 offers significant advantages in this application, the precision and mobility of the hydrostatic drive provide the driver with optimum support when modelling the terrain and filling in excavated pits.
