Complete Civil & Mining Solutions (CCMS) has extensive experience in the mining and civil construction industry. The WA based company is lead by founder and director Brendan Franklin. Brendan has a wealth of industry knowledge, contributing to major projects across the region, including work with BHP, FMG, Newmont, Talison Greenbushes and Pilbara Minerals.

In 2022, Brendan established CCMS with the goal of redefining industry standards through innovation, quality and collaboration. The company offers a range of services, including mining and civil contracting, project management, equipment hire and training programs.

Their operations emphasise safety, efficiency and sustainability. Under Brendan’s leadership, CCMS has implemented advanced technologies and systems to enhance operational performance including advanced drone technology.

Recent successful projects from CCMS include Catalyst Metals’ Plutonic gold mine TSF 2 Lift 9, Pilbara Minerals mining and projects and Talison Lithium Greenbushes tailings dam.

With Brendan’s partner Jessica Franklin being of Gnaala Karla Booja descent and a desire to delve into her ancestry and personal history, Wilgee Civil was born, a civil construction and mining company which pays homage to the Indigenous wisdom while integrating contemporary innovations to manage and deliver flawless project execution, leading in efficiency, quality and respect.
