In partnership with Train West and On Sixth Business Psychology Services, MACA has launched the statutory supervisor course.

The program aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of work health and safety (WHS) regulations.

During the session, participants dived into various topics including WHS policies and risk management processes.

In exploring these areas, participants demonstrated their competency for statutory positions and ensured compliance with the latest workplace health and safety regulations.

The first session began on May 23 with the fourth and final day of the course dedicated to exam preparation.

Here, participants received valuable study tips and had the opportunity to complete a mock exam which helped solidify their understanding of the subject matter.

Initial feedback has been positive and highlighted the engaging and well-derived nature of the course.

Since 2007, Train West has been providing WHS solutions to businesses, individuals and corporate representatives across WA.

Its courses are continuously reviewed and monitored to ensure the most current and up-to-date training and content is being delivered.

On Sixth Business Psychology Services tailors programs to each company and individual. Clients are met with regularly to discuss progress and ensure the sessions are on track to achieving the goal set out in the first meeting.
