One of the standout features is the 25km of wire rope, which can be cut in-house to precise specifications, offering unparalleled customisation and flexibility.

The centre stocks wire rope hoists with capacities ranging from 2,500kg to 15,000kg, catering to various industrial applications. Locally assembled chain hoists, with capacities from 125kg to 5,000kg, further enhance the centre’s offerings, providing solutions tailored to specific lifting needs. The facility also includes an inverter overhaul and repair service, ensuring that equipment remains in optimal condition and downtime is minimised. With 24/7 parts coverage, customers can rest assured that support is always available, no matter the time or day.

Behind the success of the distribution centre is a dedicated team of 19 staff members, each committed to delivering exceptional service. Their expertise and dedication ensure that 80% of parts are delivered directly from stock, significantly reducing wait times and enhancing customer satisfaction. The centre’s e-commerce readiness further streamlines the ordering process, allowing customers to easily browse and purchase parts online, making transactions swift and convenient.
