ZYfire high-performance polyurethane lined pipe has been manufactured with durability in mind. The product boasts high resistance to wear, corrosion, high pressure, aging and temperature.

The design of the pipe ensures it has a low friction coefficient as the inner wall does not scale which prevents clogging. It also has superior water and oil resistance as it does not swell or cause a “cold wall effect” in aqueous or oily mediums.

Suitable for slurry pipeline transportation in metal mines, non-metallic mines, oil sand field and port river channel dredging mud, the pipe is customisable across a range of sizes.

One of the key advantages of the product is its superior wear resistance. This is attributed to its unique and sturdy structure — a polyurethane elastomer lining, adhesive layer, steel pipe and a flange or coupling.

The product boasts:

  • 6 times more wear-resistance than ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)
  • 5 times more wear-resistance than natural rubber
  • 120 times more wear-resistance than ordinary carbon steel
