  • R&M external bulk job import: If you use external repairers and suppliers, simplify data entry by importing records from a standard format spreadsheet completed by your suppliers — fully configurable by you.

Fuel management: Accurate tracking of fuel use and expenses is essential. Importing or entering purchase data helps customers keep complete records, monitor efficiency, identify savings opportunities and simplify tax reporting. Integrated, precise fuel data also improves decision-making and boosts fleet performance.

Toll and registration renewal management: Efficiently import and verify toll transaction files from all major suppliers. Oversee tag assignment to prevent duplication and maintain comprehensive tag history records. Import and validate renewal details for insurance, CTP, registration, roadside assistance and other services. Features include a “Due for Renewal” dashboard and robust reporting capabilities.

Incidents and accident recording and reporting: Log and report driver infringements to identify training needs for OH&S and chain of responsibility. Record accidents, enter details and repair quotes, and mark hire vehicles as unavailable during repairs to prevent bookings.
