WHEN Alice Springs-based Centre Labour Force (CLF) was established in August 2006 it was a small office with two staff and directors administrating a 200-strong contractor workforce annually. During its time in operation, the company’s Alice Springs branch has grown to employ eight full-time staff and places more than 650 contractors each year Australia wide. Within its first 12 months of operation, CLF established a second office in Brisbane; in 2008 an opportunity became available for the company’s directors Peter and Chris Jackson to expand their business with the inception of a new division, RecruitmentNT, which provides recruitment for all industries in the Northern Territory.
