Hancock Iron Ore, Bellevue Gold and Fortescue join WA Mining 2026 speaker line up

The WA Mining Conference & Exhibition (WA Mining) 2026 is taking shape, with a powerful line-up of industry leaders confirmed for the conference program and the exhibitor list now officially live.
Returning to the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre on 16–17 September 2026, WA Mining will bring together the people and organisations shaping the future of Australia’s resources sector. From global mining companies and government representatives to researchers, technology providers and operational leaders, the event will serve as a meeting point for the ideas, innovations and partnerships driving the next era of mining.
With Western Australia at the forefront of mining innovation, the 2026 conference program will feature influential voices tackling the sector’s biggest opportunities and challenges, including decarbonisation, energy security, technological transformation, investment, workforce development and operational excellence.
Among the organisations represented in the program are:
• Fortescue – sharing lessons from one of the world’s most advanced mining operations and its push towards a zero-emissions future.
• Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA – examining the economic outlook and policy landscape shaping Western Australia’s resources sector.
• Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia (MRIWA) – showcasing how research and collaboration are accelerating innovation across the industry.

• Bellevue Gold – providing insight into sustainable growth and modern gold mining practices.

The release of the exhibitor list highlights the increased scale and diversity of solutions that will be on show across the exhibition floor. Currently WA Mining is over 90% booked with 142 exhibitors confirmed and more to come.
Confirmed exhibitors include industry leaders such as; Datanet, Dredge Robotics, WEG Australia, Blackwoods, Vulcan Steel, CITIC HIC, Bend-Tech Group, Magshield, Norweld Australia, Machine Logic and KOR Equipment solutions, alongside a growing number of technology innovators and specialist mining solution providers.
Beyond the conference and the general expo floor, visitors will be able to explore dedicated feature areas including the Decarbonisation Zone, Transformative Tech Zone and Mining Pavilion. These spaces will showcase the technologies, products and strategies helping mining operations boost productivity, improve sustainability performance and enhance workforce safety.
