The WA Mining Conference & Exhibition (WA Mining) 2026 is taking shape, with a
powerful line-up of industry leaders confirmed for the conference program and the

resources sector. From global mining companies and government representatives to
researchers, technology providers and operational leaders, the event will serve as a
meeting point for the ideas, innovations and partnerships driving the next era of mining.

With Western Australia at the forefront of mining innovation, the 2026 conference
program will feature influential voices tackling the sector’s biggest opportunities and
challenges, including decarbonisation, energy security, technological transformation,
investment, workforce development and operational excellence.

Among the organisations represented in the program are:

• Fortescue – sharing lessons from one of the world’s most advanced mining
operations and its push towards a zero-emissions future.

• Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA – examining the economic outlook and
policy landscape shaping Western Australia’s resources sector.

The release of the exhibitor list highlights the increased scale and diversity of solutions
that will be on show across the exhibition floor. Currently WA Mining is over 90% booked

Confirmed exhibitors include industry leaders such as; Datanet, Dredge Robotics, WEG
Australia, Blackwoods, Vulcan Steel, CITIC HIC, Bend-Tech Group, Magshield, Norweld
Australia, Machine Logic and KOR Equipment solutions, alongside a growing number of
technology innovators and specialist mining solution providers.

Beyond the conference and the general expo floor, visitors will be able to explore
dedicated feature areas including the Decarbonisation Zone, Transformative Tech
Zone and Mining Pavilion. These spaces will showcase the technologies, products and
strategies helping mining operations boost productivity, improve sustainability
performance and enhance workforce safety.

Rebecca Todesco, Relationship Manager – Mining Events at Prime Creative Media, said
the combination of high-profile speakers and leading exhibitors reinforces WA Mining’s
position as one of the state’s most important industry events.

“WA Mining is where the industry’s biggest conversations meet real-world solutions,”
Todesco said.

“What makes this event so unique is the opportunity to hear directly from the leaders
driving change across the resources sector, then walk onto the exhibition floor and see
the technologies and innovations turning those strategies into action.”

“The calibre of organisations already involved in 2026 just shows the strength of
Western Australia’s mining sector and the industry’s appetite to prepare for what’s next.”
