Weir launches ENDURON® Orbital range
Weir has launched the ENDURON® Orbital range of vibrating screens for sand, aggregate, construction and small tonnage mining operations.
With an all-bolted construction, the screens significantly improve reliability by eliminating welding in high-stress areas, removing the leading mode of failure in vibrating screens.
Locking bolts ensure structural integrity and durability, supporting easy maintenance with the quick replacement of individual components without the need for extensive downtime.
The ENDURON® Orbital range comes in two screen types, the E series: Elliptical Motion Horizontal Screens and the C series: Circular Motion Inclined Screens.
Both screen types are designed with a commitment to innovation and quality, incorporating the latest technologies to deliver exceptional performance across a broad range of sand and aggregate and mining duties.
A wide operating window provides flexibility to adjust screen settings in line with changing applications or feed conditions without compromising the structural integrity of the equipment and minimising the risk of structural failure.
Construction of the modular screen ensures that individual components can be easily replaced, and both are digitally enabled, including the modular exciter technology which senses and reports on the condition of the exciter.
