ENDURACLAD International is an Australian-based company with an ISO 9001 Certified workshop facility located in WA, along with a large fabrication workshop in Queensland.

The company manufactures liner plates used to protect mining equipment, with a distinct advantage of being able to produce overlay liners up to 50mm in overlay thickness.

Enduraclad founder and managing director Jason Kell said this advantage was a world first for bulk manufactured overlay, giving customers a product that lasts longer than expected and reducing costly shutdowns.

“Unlike other companies who supply similar products, Enduraclad is manufacturing all its overlay liners in Australia and has facilities to supply the finished product to the client.

“We are a ‘one stop shop’ where the customer’s solution can be solved all in one place by one company.”

Enduraclad has developed advanced chemistries for its unique wear plate technology that can outlast other wear plates in sliding and impact abrasion with five times the wear life, especially in iron ore applications where thick overlay products work best.

“This advanced chemistry has allowed Enduraclad to produce liners in thicknesses that no others can produce – allowing customers to increase operational times of their equipment which reduces downtime and saves money,” Mr Kell said.

“Our in-house laboratory and team of welding experts can develop new and innovative products that work best for the individual customer.

“Understanding a customer’s requirements is important and developing products to suit their need is critical.”

Mr Kell said that Enduraclad’s approach to continuous research and development allows them to be considered a front runner in wear plate technology and the company’s products have a proven track record of success in many fields.

“Our ‘anything is possible’ attitude makes us the go to business for improving wear and impact protection where other suppliers fail,” he said.

“One particular customer said our CTC6000  product had lasted three years in service and upon last inspection had determined it would last another two years – this outstanding performance has overshadowed the previous supplier whose product lasted only two years in the same service application.”

From small engineering firms to major companies including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Roy Hill as well as key EOMs such as Westrac, Komatsu and Metso, Enduraclad is continuously achieving unmatched results from their advanced wear plate technologies.

“We provide innovative products and solutions to clients from all corners of the country,” Mr Kell said,

“This makes us one of the largest suppliers of metallic wear products to the Mining/Mineral Processing sectors in Australia.”

Enduraclad is also an award winning company, with honours in the Telstra Business Awards, taking first place in the Medium Business Category in 2017 and winning the Optus Manufacturing Business of the Year title in 2018.

Enduraclad’s weld overlay products are manufactured for optimal thickness for mining industry applications.

CTC6000

CTC6000 is the super extreme in wear-resistant wear plate and is designed for applications that experience severe abrasion and moderate impact, where standard chromium carbide wear plate is proving ineffective. Customised to suit each application, CTC6000  is the ultimate choice when resisting wear. Variations in CTC6000 are produced to suit the application intent and the thickness required. ECI MAXI

ECI MAXI is the super extreme in wear resistant wear plate and is designed for applications that experience severe abrasion, where standard wear plate is ineffective. Tungsten Carbide granules are spread through a tough matrix of Ni,Si,B producing a hardness of up to 72RC, resulting in significant increases in service life over other standard overlay wear plate.

SUPERLOW

SUPERFLOW is Enduraclad’s answer for promoting material flow and minimising friction. This material ingeniously produced by the company’s proprietary machine comes in ‘smooth’ and ‘polished’ finish surfaces. The polished surface creates a virtual non-stick surface preventing hang-up of sticky products in many applications.
