This legacy has established us as a leader in the Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T) market, both domestically and internationally, with a reputation for innovation, expertise, and superior craftsmanship.

As the only 100% Australian-owned and operated G.E.T manufacturer, we produce our entire range at the Keech facility in Bendigo, Victoria. By maintaining all production in-house, we ensure stringent quality control and support Australian industry, avoiding reliance on offshore imports.

From the Keech range of G.E.T to Heinehard products for Quarries, we only start with the products and  solutions our 5 Australian manufacturing facilities can provide. As the only 100% Australian Owned and operated GET manufacturer, our Bendigo Foundry (Keech) provides one of the solutions Derwent can provide.

RAIL

Derwent incorporates Mackay Rubber and Keech Castings and as such has been supplying the Australian Rail Industry with components for over three decades, supplying both replacement and OEM parts made to demanding specifications. Rubber and rubber-metal bonded rail products manufacturer encompassing design, development, manufacture, durability testing and through-life support.

With five Australian manufacturing facilities, Derwent Industries offers comprehensive fabrication solutions, producing high-quality components for industries such as automotive, mining, defence, and manufacturing. Our expertise covers cutting, bending, welding, and assembly, transforming raw materials—including metal, plastics, and composites—into durable, precision-engineered products. RUBBER – Rubber Moulding and Vulcanisation

With over 90 years of experience, Mackay are experts in all aspects of moulding rubber. Whether it’s injection, transfer or compression moulded, a couple of millimetres or a couple of metres, we can mould it. The Mackay facility has the ability to custom mix or manufacture products from a range of rubber types, including Natural, Nitrile, EPDB, Butyl, Polychloroprene, Fire Resistant, Silicon and more.
