Securing metals and minerals, empowering the future

From December 2-4, more than 2000 delegates and industry leaders come together at the Business Design Centre in London for the 2025 Resourcing Tomorrow event — a platform where ideas meet action and global partnerships pave the way for mining’s future.
As the anchor of London Mining Week, Resourcing Tomorrow exists to advance global progress by bringing the mining industry together to secure the metals and minerals that power our future.
In an increasingly resource-constrained world, the future depends on building strategic partnerships, fostering honest conversations and sharing knowledge to drive progress. Resourcing Tomorrow brings global leaders together to make this happen.
As geopolitical uncertainty, energy security concerns and the transition to renewables converge, the mining sector has never been more integral to the global economy. This year’s event will delve into the transformative challenges and opportunities that are defining the future of mining, from securing critical minerals and navigating global geopolitics to advancing sustainability and fostering industry collaboration.
Building on last year’s theme, breaking out of the echo chamber, this event will explore the emerging trends and innovative solutions that are reshaping the sector. Attendees will gain insights into how the mining industry can contribute to global energy transition goals, enhance supply chain resilience and support the renewable energy sector through strategic partnerships.
Timed just weeks after COP30 in Brazil, Resourcing Tomorrow offers the global mining community a powerful platform to respond, align and act. It is where the industry comes together after the pledges are made to chart how we deliver on them.
Held in London, the global centre for finance and policy, Resourcing Tomorrow connects decision makers from across mining, investment, government, energy and technology to tackle the industry’s most critical challenges and unlock opportunities.
The 2025 programme will focus on the key drivers shaping mining’s future. Discussions will cover critical mineral strategies, global geopolitics, ESG leadership and cross-sector innovation, all designed to equip attendees with the insights and solutions needed to lead in a rapidly evolving world.
Government Roundtable
Hosted at the London Stock Exchange on December 1, The Resourcing Tomorrow Government Roundtable will gather more than 20 ministers alongside senior mining executives, financiers and industry experts.
This high-level forum will address how governments, the mining industry and financial institutions can work together to accelerate the critical mineral supply needed for the energy transition. Discussions will centre on geopolitical resilience, mobilising sustainable capital, and driving innovation in circular economy models.
With participation from more than 30 countries and leading mining companies, the roundtable provides a rare opportunity to shape global policy frameworks, strengthen supply chains and align strategies for a more secure and sustainable future.
