World’s largest liner handler

What began as small products has scaled right through to large mill relining packages, consisting of all the equipment and tooling for your process plant, including rock breakers, inching drives, HPGR transporters, feed chute transporters, liner handlers and linerbolt removal tools.

GEARS Mining developed a record-breaking liner handler with a rated capacity of 8100kg. The design of the new liner handler reflects GEARS commitment to reliability, ease of maintenance and operator safety, ensuring equipment meets the diverse needs of the mining industry.

The new 8100 kg model is specifically optimised for high performance and safety with a suite of solutions that remove people from the mill floor, which is crucial for large-scale mining operations.
