Hire fleet with purpose-built winches and power units

Industrial & Marine Solutions (I&M Solutions) continues to strengthen its position as a leading hire and rental specialist in hydraulic equipment by combining in-house design and manufacturing with a growing fleet of purpose-built winches, power packs and accessories.

Based in Henderson, WA, I&M Solutions has been supplying the mining sector with equipment engineered to perform in the toughest environments since 2007.

A major focus of the business is its expanding range of hydraulic-driven belt pulling winches, designed and built entirely in-house. These winches are available in capacities up to 55t, including the newly developed 14t diesel/hydraulic winch.

Featuring dual-speed operation, remote pendant control and a 2,300m rope capacity, this unit is ideal for mining projects requiring long cable hauls or heavy-duty pulling in remote locations. Its self-contained design — powered by either a reliable diesel engine or three phase electric motor — and fitted with a hydraulic fail-safe brake, ensures consistent performance and safety under demanding field conditions.

To complement its winch range, I&M Solutions has introduced a new line of diesel and electric hydraulic power units (HPUs) specifically for hire. Built in-house with rugged construction, high-capacity pumps and intuitive controls, these HPUs deliver dependable power for hydraulic equipment in both mining and industrial environments, making them ideal for remote or challenging worksites.

Further enhancing its hire fleet, I&M Solutions has also developed a newly designed 3t electric winch. Compact and efficient, this unit is ideal for lifting and pulling applications where electric operation is preferred, adding greater flexibility to I&M’s rental offering and ensuring clients can access equipment suited to a wide variety of projects.

By designing and manufacturing equipment in-house, I&M Solutions can respond rapidly to client needs — offering tailored solutions, fast turnaround times and well-maintained hire equipment ready for immediate deployment.

Combined with services such as rope spooling, rigging, lifting equipment hire, sales and inspection, I&M provides an end-to-end hire solution that minimises downtime and maximises productivity on-site.

With its growing fleet of winches, HPUs and associated equipment, I&M Solutions reinforces its reputation as a trusted hire partner — delivering rugged, locally built machinery designed to meet the demands of Australia’s harshest industries.I and M solutions
