Toughness You Can Trust

Toughness You Can Trust

In mining, civil engineering, and general trade, the right vehicle for the right job is critical. Aussie-owned Allsafe Mine Vehicle Equipment (AMVE) specialise in the fit-out of mine spec vehicles to approved ANCAP 5-rated vehicle standard specifications, ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance.

AMVE has become a market leader in the design and manufacture of quality heavy-duty steel tray bodies and incorporated rollover protection system tray bodies, that address the unique challenges faced by mining operations.

The business was founded in 2013 in the Brisbane suburb of Acacia Ridge, and is led by industry veteran Jamie Facer.

AMVE focuses on delivering solutions that prioritise durability, safety and performance. With over 25 years of experience, the business is now a trusted name in the mining industry. Since relocating to a 5,800 sqm facility in Sumner, Queensland, the business continues to strengthen its reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable vehicles and fit-outs that are built for Australia’s harshest conditions.

Under Jamie’s hands-on leadership, AMVE has continually refined its processes and invested in the latest technologies and automation to position the business with a strong footprint for the future, ensuring every project is executed with unmatched expertise.

“At AMVE, we are committed to providing customised solutions designed to meet the toughest demands of the mining industry,” said Jamie.

“Whether outfitting a single vehicle or a fleet of 100+ vehicles, with a large capacity and high-quality workforce, AMVE can tailor to suit any client requirement.”

Trays and storage solutions built to last

Over the years, the business has invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment, including a robot welder, laser cutter and sheet metal processing equipment.

“All our tray bodies are built using the highest quality Australian-made steel and cutting-edge production techniques,” highlighted Jamie.

“Each tray body is CAD drawn and laser cut to ensure consistency and quality. All tray bodies are fully sandblasted, zinc primed, and powder coated in-house for ultimate protection in the toughest environments. Our products are also covered with a 12-month warranty.”

AMVE’s extensive product line is meticulously crafted to improve vehicle safety, functionality, and efficiency.

In addition to their tray bodies, AMVE offers a range of accessories designed to enhance utility and adaptability, allowing customisation aligned to specific operational and site requirements.

Recognising the importance of organised and secure storage, AMVE produces high-quality systems suitable for mining, civil, and general trade applications, which ensure tools and equipment are safely stowed and easily accessible.

Jamie said, “We know how demanding mines can be, and that’s why the gear we build meets stringent mine specifications. These accessories are designed with safety and durability in mind. From a safety perspective, our specialised Rollover Protection Systems (ROPS) are engineered to meet or surpass legislative requirements and industry standards, providing occupants with greater protection on every ride.”

AMVE’s expertise extends to the manufacture and fit-out of specialised vehicles, including fully equipped ambulances and custom canopies, tailored to specific industry requirements. Their vehicle fit-outs offer a complete turnkey solution, ensuring vehicles are equipped and ready for immediate deployment.
