Wear Plate’s specialists make CrC60 Wear Plates (chromium carbide plate) and can also supply Bisalloy Plates.
- CNC plasma and profile cutting: Wear Plate can assist you with DXF files using Fusion360 AutoCAD drawings if required, capable of cutting 4000x2200mm up to 40mm thick wear plate, bisalloy, mild steel and stainless steel.
- Rolling: Wear Plate has the capabilty to roll up to 3000x25mm thick wear plate, mild steel and bisalloy for your chosen application.
- Stud gun welding: Wear Plate can provide threaded studs and shear studs applications.

Another point of difference for the company is that its products are produced on a flat, level water cooled bed which gives its team greater control of carbide dispersion, cooling and weld run flatness. It does not use alloy cored hard facing wire or powder filled hoppers to lay down hard facing deposit, eliminating non uniform concentrations of the various alloys that make up its unique wear plates.
