DMC Conveyor Services is an Australian owned and run service provider company aimed at working with selected clients in certain industries where skill gaps exist so that our skilled employees can be deployed to our partners to assist achieving their outcomes. Whilst DMC can readily increase their supply numbers, our primary focus is on the supply of quality people over quantity.

Our Services

Our Conveyor Services division has highly qualified and experienced staff with extensive working knowledge of the conveyor maintenance industry. It is their comprehensive understanding of this industry that gives DMC a decisive edge in today’s highly competitive market.

Conveyor Services

  • Cert II III IV polymer processing technicians
  • Steel cord/fabric belt change outs
  • Steel cord/fabric hot/cold repairs
  • Clip joints/mechanical fasteners
  • Belt preparations and belt flaking
  • Belt inspections, monitoring and cleaning
  • QA/QC experienced personnel including use of peripheral devices
  • Belt change out job scoping
  • Equipment preparation, mobilisation, pre-start, execution, demobilisation and equipment close out checks
  • Job supervision, team leaders, fitters, boilermakers, scraper tech, trades assistants and trainees including ticketed operators that include riggers, EWP, WAH, CS and more
  • Industry experience at tier 1, 2 and 3 clients including inductions, medicals, lab D&A and certain VOC’s

Mechanical Services

  • Roller inspections and change outs
  • Scraper inspection, maintenance and change outs
  • Tracking frame maintenance and installation
  • Assistance removing/installing pulleys
  • Skirt adjustment, maintenance and change outs
  • Equipment preparation, mobilisation, pre-start, execution, demobilisation and equipment close out checks
  • Job supervision, team leaders, fitters, boilermakers, scraper tech, trades assistants and trainees including ticketed operators that include riggers, EWP, WAH, CS, etc.
  • Industry experience at tier 1, 2 and 3 clients including inductions, medicals, lab D&A and certain VOC’s

Rubber Lining

  • Hot and cold rubber liners
  • Chemical liners
  • Hot and cold rubber lining repair works
  • QA/QC experienced personnel including use of peripheral devices
  • Autoclave and boiler experienced personnel
  • Pulley lagging using multiple lagging media
  • Rubber lining of technical items such as pipes, spools and other items
  • Equipment preparation, mobilisation, pre-start, execution, demobilisation and equipment close out checks
  • Job supervision, team leaders, rubber liners and trainees including ticketed operators that include riggers, EWP, WAH, CS and more
  • Industry experience at tier 1, 2 and 3 clients including inductions, medicals, lab D&A and certain VOC’s
